Founder and weekly organizer of this pandemic response for supporting some of NYC’s premier purveyors, supplying this Manhattan neighborhood with top quality food pre-ordered and distributed in responsible, socially distanced style.

Real Eats

One of the lean founding team for Real Eats, a startup meal subscription website: produced media launch event, recruited and managed chefs, operations, recipe development, database organization, and marketing. 

 

International Culinary Center, New York, NY

Special Projects Producer of events and special programming at a world class culinary school, featuring top chefs and instructors, including New York Magazine’s New York Culinary ExperienceFood Network Magazine’s Cooking School, and more. Coordinated all aspects of events including facilities, A/V, talent, staff, menu, vendors, and budget.

 

James Beard American Restaurant, USA Pavilion, Expo 2015, Milan, Italy

Special Program Producer at this 6-month pop-up, full-service restaurant located in Milan’s famous Galleria. A primary program of the USA Pavilion at Expo 2015 (The World’s Fair), this high end restaurant showcased talents of some of the USA’s finest chefs including many James Beard award winners. Managed launch, operations, sponsor activation, high level state visits, and marketing.

 

Rick’s Picks, Brooklyn, NY

Co-founder of the original local artisanal pickle company, from inception to extensive national and international distribution: production, brand building, marketing, operations, logistics, distribution. Personally created the relish now traveling the globe on the renowned Shake Shack Shack-cago Dog.

 

Pig Island, New York, NY

Co-Founder of this wildly successful annual NYC destination food event celebrating local food and chefs. Managed all aspects of food and operations at this and other vast and popular citywide events, including Jazz Age Lawn Party and Brisket King.
